Could this be the future of urban mobility for the congested future, or just an overpriced mobility scooter? Is it just me or does the Quadro 4 in the company’s ‘Swiss Red’ paintwork remind you of a Ducati Multistrada? Ok, just me then. Quadro became the first company to launch a four-wheeled production scooter back in 2015 with the Quadro 4.
